Inspired by classic hunting knife designs, the Benchmade Crooked River Hunting Knife combines a traditional aesthetic with modern technologies. This innovative folder is made with premium materials like tough CPM-S30V steel and rust-resistant anodized aluminum. The colourful orange backspacer and pivot ring add a fun pop of colour to this rugged blade.

Available with G-10 or Stabilized Wood handle scales.

Why choose this knife?

  • Ambidextrous knife can be used by both right and left-handed users
  • Part of the Benchmade HUNT collection, a group of technologically advanced hunting knives
  • Premium CPM-30CV steel resists rust and corrosion
  • Clip point blade has a large belly for slicing tasks
  • AXIS lock technology ensures that blade stays securely in place, even during heavy-duty tasks

Why not?

  • High quality blade comes with a high price tag
  • Large knife may not be suitable for everyday carry

Pro Tip:

The AXIS locking mechanism is exclusive to Benchmade knives. The lock is comprised of a spring-loaded bar, which slides back and forth in a flat slot cut out of both liners and side plates. When the blade is deployed, this bar engages a notch cut into the tang portion of the blade, causing it to become wedged solidly into place. This easily operated lock can be used with one hand and is a great option for both right and left-handed users.
