Butterfly training combs are a very similar to classic butterfly training knives; however, from a distance the comb appears more like a blade edge and it creates some abrasion when dragged across cloth. Consequently, it could easily injure a sparring partner if slashed aggressively, so take extra care when practicing with a comb trainer. Convenient clasp system keeps the knife closed until you’re ready to use it.
