Moisture wicking mesh panels around the collar and underarms help improve ventilation. Bicep pockets can easily store small items while pockets on the reverse of the sleeves allow for elbow pads.  This Condor Combat Performance Shirt also has anti-static properties so that you don't get unexpected shocks after constant movement and equally contains anti-microbial properties that wick away sweat odors.
