Sales is extremely responsive and great to deal with. Unfortunately, the title of this gun is misleading. The CM16 Predator has a polymer lower receiver. The full metal version is the GC16 Predator. This gun is the CM16, which is not full metal, does not have ambidextrous fire select, and has an 18,000rpm motor instead of the 25,000rpm motor in the GC16. That being said, the gun has been performing well, and is easy to disassemble/assemble, even for a first time airsoft rifle owner, such as myself(with a bit of youtube scouring). I have been using an 11.1V 1000mAh 20C LiPo nunchuck battery and after a full clip of semi-auto/3 round burst/full auto the motor does get warm enough to feel it through the grip. The clip does trap 5-10 bbs after a full wind, which isn't a big deal in my eyes. All-in-all, great starter gun.
