SOG Baton Q4 Pocket Multi-Tool

Pro tip:
Ratchet screwdrivers have their bit locked to the handle for rotation in one direction and uncoupled for rotation in the opposite direction. This mechanism allows you to continuously spin the handle without removing the bit from the screw head.
