Spyderco continues its popular Sprint Runs featuring HAP40 laminated blades by introducing limited-edition production of the Stretch, the Dragonfly 2, the Manbug, and Ladybug 3. The full-flat-ground blades of these unique knives have a HAP40 tool steel core sandwiched between layers of SUS410 stainless steel. Rich in tungsten, molybdenum, vanadium, and cobalt, HAP40 is a high-speed powder metallurgy tool steel renowned for its extreme toughness and abrasion resistance. Like all our HAP40 Sprint Runs, these knives feature FRN handles injection molded in a distinctive burnt-orange color.
