The three dot sight allows you to line up the dots smoothly and tightly for an accurate shot. First, loosely line up the dots with your target. Next, fix your focus on the middle sight. As the target becomes blurry, line up the two outside dots. For the most accurate shot, all three dots should be in a straight line, obscuring your target.
