ECWCS Generation II Hyvat Parkas are the next generation in high performance fabric. The Hyvat system is a special 3 layer fabric that provides windproof, waterproof insulated protection. The fabric also allows for ventilation & elaboration. The jacket features a concealed cobra hood with drawstrings, hook and loop wrist cuffs, underarm ventilation zippers to eliminate overheat, reinforced elbow pads for added durability, and branch tape.
